Bank established on 6th Feb. 1999. The Founder Chairman Shri C.P.Jaria and Vice Chairman Shri B.M.Agarwal, having its registered office at 3044 to 3047,Abhishek Market, Ring Road, Surat.The main object of the bank to assist traders of textile markets and to eliminate their troubles of other banks.

Bank started with the share capital of Rs. 30,23,100.00 and number of share holders were 2019.Now at present as on 31.03.21 share capital is Rs. 2,21,52,300.00 was and No. of share holder are 8500. At present bank has 4 Branches inclusive of Head Office.

At present total staff member are 62. All the employees are getting training of different level. Our all branches are computerized and having core banking solution at all branches. Our customer are getting all banking facilities with us. Bank business is always growing deposits as well as advances.

Bank is engaged in social services by way of charity to charitable trusts and other needy institusion.

The bank is providing all modern technology to our customer, such as, messages to customers for their account position, viewing their accounts at own shop and can have statement of account as our printer.

We have completed facilities like Mobile Banking, ATM Card and Web Site of the bank and Received Chalan of Tds And Gst without any Charges.
